Who processes your data

The website and the application are hosted in France, on OVH infrastructure (OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix).
Audience measurement
We measure site traffic with Matomo, which we host ourselves at analytics.drp-safe.com. No browsing data is passed to a third party, nor to any advertising network.
This measurement is configured to fall under the consent exemption defined by the French data protection authority (CNIL): purpose strictly limited to audience measurement, truncated IP address, no user identifier, no cross-site tracking, no transfer to third parties. Raw data is kept for 25 months at most, and the measurement cookie for 13 months. That is why this site does not force a cookie banner on you.

No other cookie is set, and the site uses no advertising network, no social media button and no third-party tracker.
The sign-up form
When you sign up for the newsletter or for our news, we record your email address, your first and last name, the communications you chose, along with the date, IP address and browser of your sign-up — those last three constitute the proof of your consent, which regulation requires us to keep. The legal basis is your consent.
Your email address and phone number are encrypted in the database. Your data is kept until you unsubscribe, which takes one click from any of our emails. After you unsubscribe we keep only an irreversible fingerprint of your address, for the sole purpose of guaranteeing that we will not write to you again.
Creating an organisation
If you ask us to create your organisation, we create an account in your name and send you a link to set your password. We then process your identity, your work email address and the name of your organisation, in order to deliver the service you asked for. This data is kept for as long as your account exists.
The form is protected by hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc., United States), which analyses your interaction with the page to tell a human from a bot. This check is necessary to the security of the service: without it, the form would allow accounts to be created in bulk. It involves a transfer of data to the United States, governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over your data. Write to contact@drp-safe.com and we will answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — www.cnil.fr.
